• A green candle (voitive ones work well)
• Several pieces of paper (can be white, but green is excellent!)
• A fireproof bowl or container (fireproof is important!)
• A pen (any color, but green ink is best)
• A match (A match works better than a lighter)
• Essential Oil - Abundance Blend *(See end of page)
• A spray bottle (a mister-type spray bottle - do not use a spray bottle that has had chemicals in it).

What to do:

Fill the spray bottle with water. Put 10-15 drops of the Abundance essential oil blend in it and shake lightly. Gather the items together and go to a quiet room or place where you will not be disturbed.

Sit down comfortably. Relax yourself by doing a few deep breaths and slowly releasing them.

Now, with the match, light the candle. Look at the flame for a few minutes while you are continuing to allow yourself to relax.

Now allow yourself to think of what it would mean to you to have prosperity in your life. Continue looking at the flame while you do this. (you'll probably soon notice that your eyes "de-focus" a bit and you aren't consciously looking at the candleflame). Picture yourself being a prosperous person. Take a few minutes to do this. Continue to breathe in and out.

Then, pick up your pen and paper. Write down, one at a time, what you wish for that would bring you prosperity. Picture it as though you already have it both while you are writing it, and after you've written it.

After you've written the first item, tear that section off from the piece of paper and fold it. Place it into the fireproof container. Then write down the next thing. Tear off that section, fold it, and place it into the container.

Continue doing this until you feel that you have written down the things that are most important to you.

Then put down the pen and paper. Place the bowl in front of you, with the candle just behind it. Concentrate on the things you have written.

With the spray bottle, lightly spray the folded pieces of paper with the Abundance oil. Feel yourself pouring the energy of Abundance into what you desire. Then sit for a few minutes breathing in the scent of the essential oil..

Then place a lit match into the fireproof bowl touching the pieces of folded paper so that they will burn. As they burn, say out loud:

I transform my wishes and desires into pure energy.
As the energy flows and soars, so does my life.
I flow, I soar... I am prosperous.
